You can also make an appointment using our online request form below. Appointments are usually available every day of the week, depending on what location you would like to go to.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to fill in forms regarding your personal details and health.
When you come for your appointment, please remember to bring the following:
- Referral letter from a GP or allied health practitioner
- Health insurance information
- Any scans (X-rays, CTs, MRIs) or test results
Please give one day's notice if you need to cancel your appointment so that we can offer it to another patient on our waiting list.
We recognise that your time is valuable and make every effort to run on time. Occasionally, your appointment may be delayed due to medical emergencies or other patients requiring extra time. We apologise if you are kept waiting.
